Oh how I laughed! It's even funnier in context, when you read further on and realise that Junior is referring to Hetfield. I should have paid more attention to the story summary--(chapter one edied). Alas for madandy, Eddie does turns up in Chapter Two. Complete with puppy-dog eyes. *snerk*

The trouble is, I'm completely sure that she means no harm. She probably thinks we - that is, those few of us that write Maiden fic, and the slightly larger number that read it - will be pleased to see our boys represented in a different way.

Which means I cannot, in all honesty, send her a flame. Just because it's lame doesn't mean I should pound her fic. She's doing her best.

However.

If we ever meet, I'm going to take her eyeballs home in a jar.
