Is there anything more tedious in life than waiting for a delivery?

And while I'm feeling questiony--when did Amazon.co.uk do away with dispatch notifications? I haven't received any for my last two orders and the order information in the Your Account area doesn't show Parcelforce tracking numbers anymore either. I was going to be cunning and see if my order was marked as "out for delivery" yet :(

Oh well. I suppose I can go and wash the dishes or something. That should liven things up.

ETA. The neighbours brought round my parcel tonight. Apparently it was delivered to them on the 6th and no card was put through our door or anything. (Plus! I was in on the 6th, and up early, too.) Parcelforce suck even more than the Royal Mail.

That's weird, I definitely still get dispatch notification and tracking information... or at least, I did with the parcel I received yesterday (I did that with the paid delivery, but I'm pretty sure that I got dispatch notifications for my most recent free delivery ones too).

After a quick squint at my email, I haven't received dispatch notifications for my last four orders, three free and one paid delivery.

I have, however, received order confirmation emails. Very odd.
