Hobbit-feet

We went shoe shopping today. Woes upon woes. I did find two shoes that I liked, but they didn't have any size 8s. My feet positively swum around in the size 9s that they grudgingly unearthed from the stock room. It's going to take two-three weeks for them to order a pair for me to try on which is unbelievable. Of course, they only sell sandals on the website. We traipsed around a couple of other shops with no luck. It seems that every company has a different concept of wide-fitting shoes :(

And thus, I have concluded that I have hobbit-feet.

Ack. What a pain. I hate shoe shopping. Even if they do fit in the store, it always turns out to be a trick. They shrink as soon as you put them in the closet. Grrr.

Yes! The incredible shrinking shoes! Very irritating.
