Watched Fight Club last night, well most of it. Thoroughly enjoyed it. I was impressed at how well Chuck Whatshisname's writing style translated over to the big screen. Now I know what all the fuss was about at the time!

Whilst watching it, I scribbled down a quick Lars-drabble. A little weird, but I think I like it. It started as notes for a hazing fic, and then I went off at a tangent for pages and pages. Need to type it up and see what it mutates into next. This might be the first WIP I offer up for concrit over at the RWG. In further attempts at procrastination, I'm working on a Foo Fighters story... one day I will finish Wild Things. Just, not today.

I should really go and do some housework now.

Mmm Fight Club. I haven't read the book, but I left the theater laughing...hard.

Foo Fighters! I love you. Is it Dave/Taylor? Mmmm Foo.

And a Lars drabble hazing fic tangent WIP. Yay!

Wow, the ending was...fucked up. Alas, I couldn't persuade the Chuck commentary to play; I'll have to try that on a different dvd player sometime.

It is indeed Dave/Taylor! I didn't realise that we only had one Foo story on the archive--does noone slash them? I've been reading interviews to get a sense of how they talk, in an attempt at authentic dialogue. Hopefully I'll get it written this weekend.

And yes, Lars! All 252 words of him :D No plot, sex, violence... just Lars. Definitely the shortest thing I've ever written!

I fell asleep watching Fight Club but not because I was bored--I remember I was exhausted and we watched it late at night. I love Edward Norton, or should I say, I love his weird characters? :D.

Heh :) I had to turn it off 3/4s of the way through as I was falling asleep too. Did you ever watch the end? Edward Norton is a fantastic actor, I'm sure I must have seen him before, but he made a huge impact on me in this movie.

Mmmm. Ed Norton. One of the few good actors of the "new generation". If he didn't look so much like my brother, I'd have a huge crush on him.

Oh, wait. I have a crush on my bro. Forget it. ;)

No, I didn't watch the end, but David told me what happened. I would like to watch it again, the whole movie this time.

I first saw him in Primal Fear with Richard Gere, and I thought Gere could not hold a candle to him :D.
