After three weeks of dieting, I've managed to lose seven pounds and drop two BMI points. I'm jolly pleased with that, especially as I was convinced I'd lose nothing this week :D
Thanks! It's been a very good month so far. A thin month :D If I'm very lucky, then I'll lose a couple of stone before Christmas and look pretty in this year's pictures!
:D Hmm. Carrots. This reminds me to go roast some. Jamie Oliver's latest batch of Sainsbury's adverts have been both irritating and hunger inducing....
Do you put any herbs in with them? I'm planning to roast a big tray of them and either turn them into soup or snack on them. I have some fresh rosemary and a cupboard-full of dried herbs....
