But, but! That involves actually doing some work! I don't mind shrinking images, but cropping them decently can be challenging.

That's one way of looking at the cropping job. I just go, "Yep, his face is within the cropping area. Cool. Next picture...."

(I'm not really known for my attention to detail, which is far less obvious to people who know me online than it is to people who know me offline.)
