I failed my mock driving test :( It was a really horrible drive, all lumpy and nervous. I thought I'd managed to get over exam nerves? I'm now really worried that I won't pass before we move house. I think I'll curl up with a tub of ice-cream and try to cheer myself up.

I failed every single practice driving test I did with my instructor, and I still managed to pass first time. Just thought I'd let you know I feel your pain.

Aw, Ang, I'm sorry to hear that. I passed my driving test on the third attempt only, and the first time I really was awful. (The second time is a different story.)

Ice-cream Good... Driving Bad! *hugs* You don't know how brave you are that you ever even got behind the wheel, Ang! It's very natural to be nervous - I get nervous within a ten step distance from any car. I think you'll pass it. It'll be an emergency case to your nerves, and in emergency cases, human beings seem to accumulate and use energy and concentration they never thought they had.

That's how I passed exams for five years, anyway. ;)

The mock theory test I took before the exam got 13 errors out of 20. I passed it with one error. You'll do GREAT.

Oh, no! I meant that the way I was driving was lumpy and nervous. The route was fine, very kind actually. It all went to hell after I failed within the first mile.

I'm glad I did the mock test, as there were things that I wasn't expecting in it. Didn't expect random stops and stuff. Ho hum, back to the grindstone.
