I should have :) But I'm so in love with Betsy the Sourdough Starter, that I felt the need to make a chocolate sourdough cake!

Betsy is now two weeks old and has produced one loaf of half-edible sourdough (not her fault, mine entirely) and the cake smells and looks pretty damn good. I shall melt a mars bar/milky way and use that as a sauce.
