Second night in a row. I get into bed, all sleepy and yawny, and as soon as my head touches the pillow I'm wide awake. I haven't napped during the day and I've even been drinking water instead of my beloved Pepsi Max.

Why on earth am I awake?

I have fallen in love with this delicious and extravagant dessert. The Budapest Stubbe. Isn't it beautiful? Alas, the only recipe I can find is in Swedish and surprise surprise, few of the words are translating in the online dictionaries and translators that I've come across. I can guess at quite a few ingredients, but I'd love confirmation.
